Mission10X Accreditation: Initial Screening

Mission10X Accreditation

Initial screening

Mission10X accredits solutions that deliver a measurable step change in outcomes, cost, access or workforce. This form tells you, and us, whether you are in range. It takes about 12 minutes and costs nothing.

Some answers need attention

Who is applying

We need to know who stands behind the claim. Accreditation is awarded to a named solution held by a named legal entity, and the attestation at the end is a personal one.

Applicant

The solution

If you cannot say it simply here, it usually is not clear yet. Avoid jargon.

Choose one.
Worth knowing before you spend more timeMission10X accredits demonstrated impact, not potential. At idea or prototype stage there is nothing yet for a panel to verify. Finish the form if you want our written view, but expect a hold rather than an award.

Who we speak to

Declaring a relationship does not disqualify you. Failing to declare one does.

Choose one.

What you are claiming

Claim only what you can evidence. Reviewers verify every category you tick, and an unsupported claim in one category weakens the whole submission.

Award sought

Choose one.

Categories claimed

Leave a category blank if you are not claiming it. Multiple categories are allowed and can be awarded together: the first is covered by the accreditation fee, each additional category carries a supplementary fee.

Claim at least one category.

Your strongest claim

Reviewers start here. Pick the single category where your evidence is hardest to argue with, and give us the underlying numbers rather than the multiple.

A multiple with no named baseline is not assessable. Name the current pathway, device, test or workflow you displace.

Choose one.
Modelled figures are not awardedA modelled improvement can support an Emerging 10X route, but a full award needs measured before and after data from live use. If you have measured data for a different category, consider judging yourself on that one instead.

Evidence

Mission10X does not accredit on self-published material alone. At least one piece of supporting evidence must come from outside your own organisation.

The evidence behind your strongest claim

Choose one.
Choose one.

A publication DOI, a shared link, or a customer report. Leave blank if it is confidential and we will arrange access.

The customer gate

This is a hard gate. The voice of the client or the payor has to be in the evidence somewhere.

Choose one.
You cannot claim accreditation yetWithout customer evidence there is nothing independent for a panel to verify. Submit the form anyway if you want it on record and a written route back, but expect a hold rather than an award. Get one provider or payor to put their name to a result and come back to us.

Eligibility

These are the gates every solution has to clear, whatever the size of the impact. Answer honestly: “in progress” with a credible date routes you to Emerging 10X, which is a real award. A gap we discover later ends the application.

We do not duplicate other assessmentsMission10X accepts NHS DTAC, a NICE ESF tier, a DiGA listing and FDA clearance as evidence in these gates. If you hold one, say so and we will count it.

Bias and equity

Choose one.

How you tested, or why bias is not material here. For any solution using AI or machine learning this is mandatory and reviewers read it closely.

Geography, income setting, age range, and any group where you know it performs less well. Naming a limitation builds credibility here rather than damaging it.

Adoption readiness

A result that cannot survive a busy ward is not an accreditable result. Six things stop good solutions from scaling, and Mission10X assesses all six. Most applications that fail, fail here rather than on impact.

Real-world deployment

Choose one.
Choose one.
Single-site results route to EmergingInternal validity is not external validity, and single-site results have a poor record of replicating. One site means an Emerging 10X award until a second independent site confirms the result. That is a route, not a rejection.

Workflow

Embedded in the EHR, or reachable by single sign-on with no duplicate data entry. Workflow friction is the most cited reason new tools die in hospitals.

Choose one.

Money

Procurement rejects on total cost of ownership, not list price. No total cost of ownership, no consideration.

Choose one.

A CPT or HCPCS code, an NHS tariff, a DiGA listing, a private payor policy, or a named line in a provider budget. “We are exploring options” is a no.

Integration and change

Lock-in is anti-adoption. Health systems will not buy something they cannot integrate or leave.

Choose one.

Team restructuring, retraining, a new clinical pathway, or nothing much. Be straight with us. A large change burden is not disqualifying if the benefit justifies it and you have a playbook.

Declarations

Read these properly. They are the basis on which we assess, and on which an award can later be withdrawn.

If every figure is measured, write “none”. This is the question that separates fact from forecast, and answering it well counts in your favour.

Attestations

What happens nextYou will get an acknowledgement by email straight away. A reviewer comes back to you within 10 working days with one of three answers: an invitation to submit a full dossier, a set of clarifying questions, or a written no with the reason and what would change it. We do not leave applicants guessing.

Check and submit

Read it back. Once you submit, this is the version a reviewer sees.

One last lookIs every number here one you would defend in front of a clinician, a chief financial officer and a payor in the same room? If not, fix it now rather than in the review.

We have emailed an acknowledgement to the address you gave. A reviewer will come back to you within 10 working days with an invitation to submit a full dossier, clarifying questions, or a written no with the reason.

Mission10X accredits impact. Regulators clear products, JCI accredits institutions, and buyer surveys measure satisfaction. None of them tells a payor or a provider whether a solution will change the curve on cost, access, outcomes or workforce. That is the question this form starts to answer. Trouble with the form?
