Impact10X Accreditation

Accreditation for digital health solutions that change the curve in healthcare.

Impact10X Accreditation identifies digital health solutions that deliver transformational impact at scale across healthcare delivery, equity, adoption and outcomes.

Impact10X Accreditation is designed to answer a question most accreditation frameworks do not ask directly: does this solution fundamentally reshape how healthcare is delivered?

Other frameworks address important but different questions. JCI focuses on institutional safety. FDA, NICE, CE Mark and DiGA address regulatory or evidence gates. HIMSS EMRAM assesses technology maturity. KLAS captures customer satisfaction. ICHOM supports measurement standards.

Mission10X focuses on the intersection of impact, adoption, economic viability, interoperability and transformational potential.

Why Mission10X created it.

Healthcare has many promising tools, but transformational solutions are rare.

The problem

Most digital health products optimise existing workflows. Some improve outcomes incrementally. But solutions that reshape care pathways, unlock equity or extend capability to underserved populations require a different lens.

Clinical superiority alone is not enough if the solution cannot be adopted, funded, integrated, scaled or sustained.

The hard realities

The framework was designed to surface the issues that can doom even clinically promising solutions: workflow incompatibility, cost opacity, single-site evidence, reimbursement dead-ends and interoperability lock-in.

Impact10X Accreditation looks for solutions that are clinically meaningful, operationally adoptable, economically viable and transformational in practice.

Healthcare has no shortage of good ideas. It has a shortage of solutions that are clinically superior, adoptable, economically viable and interoperable at the same time.
Mission10X accreditation principle

The accreditation criteria.

Impact10X Accreditation evaluates solutions across four dimensions.

01

Clinical and health impact

  • Clinical evidence tier, using NICE ESF methodology for robustness
  • Evidence-based outcome improvements – e.g. morbidity, mortality, LoS, waiting times, diagnostic accuracy etc.
  • Equity of impact, including relative benefit to underserved populations
  • Safety and harm reduction impact
02

Adoption and deployment

  • Real-world deployment scale and growth trajectory
  • Time-to-adoption in target settings
  • Workflow compatibility with existing clinical environments
  • Change-management burden on adopting institutions
03

Sustainability and interoperability

  • Total cost of ownership and reimbursement pathway
  • Interoperability with major EHR and health IT ecosystems
  • Regulatory pathway clarity and timeline
  • Carbon and resource intensity
04

Transformational potential

  • Market disruption and competitive positioning
  • Scalability to global health contexts
  • Alignment with WHO and national health priorities

Exclusion criteria.

Some solutions cannot be accredited regardless of clinical merit. These are the issues that stop innovation moving from promise to adoption.

Workflow incompatibility

The solution requires changes to core clinical workflows without demonstrated adoption in target settings.

Cost opacity

Total cost of ownership, including licensing, implementation, training and support, is unclear or unsustainable for target adopters.

Single-site evidence

Clinical evidence is limited to one institution or pilot setting, with insufficient proof that the solution can travel.

Reimbursement dead-end

There is no viable pathway to reimbursement, procurement or sustainable funding in target markets.

Interoperability lock-in

The solution requires proprietary EHR integration with no standards-based alternatives.

Disproportionate change burden

Implementation and change-management costs exceed the clinical benefit for target adopters.

The application process.

Candidates apply with the evidence needed to assess impact, adoption, viability and scalability.

01

Submit evidence

Candidates provide clinical data, real-world deployment evidence, cost analysis and market strategy.

02

Expert assessment

The Investment Advisory Board and expert panels assess submissions against the Impact10X framework.

03

Portfolio positioning

Solutions that achieve accreditation are positioned as validated catalysts for transformation, with access to Mission10X networks, advisory resources and investment-readiness support.

What accreditation means.

Impact10X Accreditation is not a regulatory approval. It is a judgement about transformational impact and practical adoption.

It is not

Impact10X Accreditation is not a regulatory approval or safety certification. FDA, CE Mark, NICE and DiGA already play important roles in those areas.

It is an independent finding that a solution:

  • Delivers measurable impact on clinically meaningful outcomes
  • Has evidence of real-world adoption and scale
  • Is economically viable for target users
  • Works within standard health IT ecosystems
  • Fundamentally changes how a clinical process is done

Why this approach matters.

Healthcare does not need more innovation theatre. It needs a better way to identify which solutions can actually move the system.

Cut through the noise

Impact10X Accreditation identifies the solutions that are truly transformational, not simply impressive in a demo, paper, pilot or sales presentation.

Connect evidence to adoption

The framework brings clinical evidence, workflow fit, economic viability, interoperability and global scalability into one assessment.

Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers for innovators, providers, payers, investors and health system partners.

What is Impact10X Accreditation?

Impact10X Accreditation identifies digital health solutions that deliver transformational impact at scale. It evaluates whether a solution changes the curve in healthcare delivery, equity and outcomes, not just whether it meets a regulatory gate or institutional safety standard.

How is this different from FDA, NICE, CE Mark or DiGA?

Those frameworks are important, but they answer different questions around regulation, safety, evidence or market access. Impact10X Accreditation asks whether a solution is clinically meaningful, adoptable, economically viable, interoperable and transformational in practice.

What does Mission10X assess?

The framework assesses clinical and health impact, adoption and deployment, sustainability and interoperability, and transformational potential.

Can a clinically strong solution fail accreditation?

Yes. A solution can be clinically strong but fail accreditation if it cannot be adopted, funded, integrated, scaled or sustained in target settings.

What happens after accreditation?

Accredited solutions become part of the Mission10X portfolio and may gain access to the fund’s network, advisory resources and investment-readiness support.

Who should apply?

Digital health, AI, care delivery, diagnostics, operational and clinical solutions should apply if they can demonstrate meaningful impact, real-world deployment evidence, viable economics, interoperability and potential to scale across healthcare systems.

Bring a solution that can change the curve.

Work with Mission10X to assess whether your healthcare solution has the impact, adoption readiness, interoperability and transformational potential needed for accreditation.
